All our cakes are made to order using the finest and freshest ingredients to ensure that the texture and flavour take your breath away. Each cake tier comprises up to four cake layers, separated by a sumptuous spread of filling and constructed with delicate precision. When the cake is cut, the look and appearance are undeniably exquisite. Various buttercream or chocolate ganache textures can coat the cake before it is draped with fondant icing for a sleek and flawless finish.
