Our Italian Wedding Favour Collection is created by the most famous Confetti (Confetti in Italian means Sugar Almonds) producer in Italy. Each favour is hand-made in the factory in Italy by a team of very dedicated and skilled women. Their craft is often handed down from generation to generation. Sugared Almonds have been the family business since 1783 and these world-famous, prize winning almonds continue to be made by hand in a four day process using a recipe which is over 300 years old.
