Weddings at The Chewton Glen

Chewton Glen provides the ideal country house setting for weddings and is recognised as one of the finest wedding venues in England. We can accommodate up to 140 guests for a wedding banquet and 200 for a wedding ceremony or drinks reception.

The Hotel is licensed with Hampshire County Council and the New Forest District Council for Civil Ceremonies and we can arrange for the vows to be taken within the intimacy and comfort of one of the private lounges or outside in the Water Garden Room.

Whether you require a bespoke service or an inclusive price you can be sure of the best traditions of service, from the initial enquiry through to the happy day itself.

We also have a number of fabulous Pre-Wedding Spa Programmes to help calm your nerves and prepare you and your bridal party before the big day.

Weddings at Chewton Glen are something of a speciality; we have almost forty years' experience of hosting and co-ordinating the finest of ceremonies and receptions in Hampshire. From small intimate gatherings with just a few close friends to grand weddings with guests by the hundred, we know how to make your wedding memorable.

At Chewton Glen we are able to provide a wide range of banqueting options for your wedding reception, from small intimate dining rooms to large suites. We have the flexibility and choice to make you feel part of the ambience and atmosphere of this wonderful hotel, without imposing on the private celebration that you and guests are enjoying.

Pre-Wedding Spa Programmes

The Spa at Chewton Glen offers one of the widest range of treatments available in Hampshire and the UK.

Pre-Wedding Spa treatments should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. The spa grooming lounge also offers a full range of manicures and pedicures. To make your visit as carefree as possible and to allow greater choice and flexibility on the day of your visit, we strongly recommend that you book your treatment time allocation in advance of your visit.

In the lead up to the big day you may well feel the need to take a break from all the plans and treat yourself to a day of pampering on the South Coast....With this in mind we have created a number of special pre-Wedding spa day programmes for you, for him and for your friends and family....

Our two packages are based on a minimum of 40 guests and are priced on a per person tariff. Including the following elements:
