Based in the beautiful Kent Countryside, just one hour from London, the women only bootcamp offers a range of courses for all ages and abilities. Those completing the courses of intense cardio & conditioning are guaranteed to lose both weight and inches. A diverse list of activities are undertaken during the course including hill walking, cycling, boxing circuit training, core training, zip wiring, army assault courses and much more. A weekend course costs
£399.00 per person and a week long course costs £1150 per person. These prices include accommodation, food and drink plus activities, fitness and dietary advice. Places are limited to 14 people a week to ensure maximum results for all women who visit GI Jane.
