A Wedding Venue Fit For A Queen

Goodwood House, set in a 12,000 acre Estate in the South Downs National Park has played host to royalty for over 300 years. Weddings in this unique venue enjoy a backdrop of State Apartments hung with priceless artworks by Canaletto, Stubbs and Van Dycke, silk wall hangings and displays of Sevres porcelain.

Goodwood House

At Goodwood it is truly possible to create a wedding fit for a queen, with arrival at the Regency House by horse and carriage, welcomed by House Butlers, perhaps with entertainment in the Regency style – stilt walkers and magicians and the House dressed with chandeliers and candelabra. Guests will be escorted into the Ballroom for the wedding breakfast with a menu created by the House Chef from ingredients sourced from the organic Goodwood Home Farm and local producers in dishes created just for you. You could experience a Time Traveller’s Banquet created from dishes served to royalty at Goodwood House over the centuries from 18th Century to the present day

Your party could take the celebration to the historic motor circuit, and enjoy a spin around the track in an Aston Martin or be whisked away in a helicopter or light aircraft from the House or Goodwood Aerodrome.
