Chef de Cave, Richard Geoffroy, describes it as “fresh, crystalline and crisp, the first notes on the nose reveal a unique vegetal, aquatic world, with accents of white pepper and gardenia. On the palate, the first impression is direct, a prelude to hints of anise and dried ginger, gliding over the skin of a pear and a mango, an effect that is more tactile than fleshy. The finish stretches out and then comes to rest, calm, mature and diffuse”
