I get asked many questions about the type of pearls we use for our wedding accessories. We usually give our clients a choice between freshwater and faux pearls for their wedding jewellery. One thing to keep in mind is that freshwater pearls are 100% round in shape and can have some imperfections while if you are looking for perfectly round shaped pearls with a choice of colours you should chose faux pearls (Swarovski makes faux pearls with a nice lustre).
