CHOCOLATE SACHER TORTE:
Sacher Torte is a cooked dark chocolate cake with a rich, moist texture, and a slightly nutty bite. the cakes are individually handmade with around 5kgs of Belgian chocolate. All our chocolate cakes are gluten free.

CARROT:
We can also offer a delicious carrot cake as an alternative.

CAKE DESIGN:
The finish may be smooth, with a matt or gloss appearance, or finished with white or dark chocolate curls. Alternatively, why not choose to have one of the tiers in coloured chocolate to compliment your colour scheme; you can mix your chosen colour with tiers of dark or white chocolate for a contemporary look, with flowers to match the whole design. We can match most colours from a sample of fabric.

FRESH FLOWERS & FRUITS:
The floral arrangements can be tailored to your individual requirements, which Purita is happy to co-ordinate or contrast with your wedding flowers. It is helpful to give the exact names of the flowers your florist is using.
