Serendipity Street would like to share with you a wedding they styled in July. The start of a beautiful sunny day at The Weir Bar in London as we prepared the outside space and tables for Suzie and Nick’s wonderland wedding.
Suzie, a finalist on X factor and is now a backing singer for Paloma Faith. With her love for vintage, she was always going to have a vintage themed wedding. So when Suzie and Nick asked Serendipity Street to style their event, we jumped at the chance. Trailing ivy and red roses adorned the outside space, cards hanging on the wall and the bride in a beautiful vintage dress, it all looked amazing and cost’s kept quite low.
Our beautiful look included our very own Alice in Wonderland serving home baked lemon cupcakes topped with lashings of soft butter icing, Served on three tier cake stands and roses. Accompanied by divine raspberry tea cocktails, poured from vintage teapots. French antique gilt chairs and a wrought iron cake table created a lovely photo opportunity for all the guests. A gilt frame with words from Alice in wonderland, hung on the wall against the ivy. Everyone loved the daisy cake pops and Alice heart lollypops but the cutest thing was when the Bride and Alice showed off their stripy tights!
