Today’s enchanting wedding ceremony is set in Puglia Italy and was planned by Italian Wedding Company. Apulian weddings are always amazing, just imagine a summer wedding in Apulia, on a beautiful day with perfect sunset in the evening.
Puglia is surely one of the most beautiful scenery for a special wedding in Italy. It is surely one of the new top destinations in Italy. A new trend and a new land to discover for an Italian Wedding. In this wonderful region you can find sandy and wonderful beaches, romantic and bucolic countryside and masserias, amazing traditional villages – have you ever heard about truly buildings? – and enchanting baroque cities of art. All in the same region.
Imagine an enchanting church close to Taranto for a Catholic ceremony and then another romantic ceremony on Apulia beach in Monopoli with a charming evening party to follow. This is what Alessia and Domenico chose! A Roman Catholic ceremony celebrated inside Church of St. Maria delle Grazie. A church that was dear to the bride and groom. It is located on the tourist Apulian beach in Monopoli town.
Monopoli is located in the heart of Puglia. It is just on the sea shores and it literally lives from and on the sea. Its “old town center” has a strong character. it features many restaurants and taverns, where you can taste a wonderful fish based cuisine. Delicious!
It could be a perfect wedding destination in Apulia if you are looking for a lively and summer wedding in Southern Italy with a lot of things to do during your Italian staying. Alessia and Domenico invited many friends and family members who come from different parts of Puglia to celebrate their wedding day by Apulian sea.
On her wedding day, Alessia, our bride to be, was simply gorgeous! She wore a long french lace wedding dress and a bridal white bouquet made with gypsophila and small roses. So delicate! Domenico was very handsome in his blu wedding suit. The church where they planned their Roman Catholic wedding ceremony was lovely: simple and elegant at the same time!
Alessia arrived on Maserati car to church with her father as the Apulian and Italian traditions wants. This is what we call arriving in style! After the ceremony, a delicious aperitif was served to all guests by the beach. A very nice white beach resort, perfect frame for a chic elegant beach wedding in Puglia!
Bride and groom took some time to relax a little and take some stunning photos, while all guests were enjoying their gourmand aperitif!
After the aperitif Alessia and Domenico decided have another original wedding ceremony. They planned it by the sea exchanging of the wooden rings. The sound of a violin and a guitar accompanied the ceremony. A beach wedding by the shores was one of the most romantic thing we ever seen.
For their wedding reception, Alessia and Domenico chose chic style. Tables were very elegant and refined with centrepieces made with gypsophila, candles and gold sand. Definitely a sea-themed wedding! Alessia and Domenico gave to their guests small Italian hand made ceramic favor, a traditional Apulian handcraft made in Grottaglie, the famous pottery town.
All wedding reception courses were prepared with local ingredients accompanied by Apulian wines too. Delicious! After the meal bride and groom planned a wonderful surprise for all: an acrobatic dance of a great dancer suspended on high structure. The show was just incredible everybody loved it.
And then it was time to dance and celebrate! Alessia and Domenico wanted a live international band that literally danced the night away
As special touch we also provided gold, black and cream dancing shoes just in case case women wanted to dance in style but still being comfortable. Alessia and Domenico cut their naked wedding cake with white flowers just by the shores. It couldn’t be different as their deep love for the sea.
Hundreds of balloons were release in the air right after the wedding cake cut. A very romantic idea for a sea-themed wedding to close reception dinner.
